Privacy Policy

LP Native is an AI-powered English communication assistant. This policy explains what data the app processes during the private beta and how to contact us.

Who should use LP Native

LP Native is intended for adults 18 and older during the beta. Do not use the app if you are under 18.

Information you provide

Depending on the feature you use, you may provide text, pasted messages, attached photos, extracted document text, files names, voice audio for Live Assistant, transcripts, and feedback you choose to submit in the future.

AI processing

LP Native sends your content through the LP Native Cloudflare backend to OpenAI so the app can generate rewrites, explanations, translations, photo/document answers, Live Assistant responses, and session reports. Your OpenAI API key is never stored in the iOS app.

OpenAI's API data controls state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default. OpenAI may temporarily retain API data for abuse and safety monitoring unless different retention settings apply to the account.

What LP Native stores

Your History is stored on your device using SwiftData. If iCloud is enabled on your device, History may sync through your private iCloud account. LP Native does not store raw Live Assistant audio by default. Live Assistant stores text transcripts and session reports in History.

The backend stores operational records needed for security, App Attest verification, rate limits, quota enforcement, abuse protection, and reliability. These records are not intended to be a copy of your full request history.

Third-party services

LP Native currently uses Apple services for iOS, iCloud/CloudKit, App Attest, DeviceCheck, and TestFlight; Cloudflare for backend hosting, email routing, KV, and Durable Objects; and OpenAI for AI responses.

Deletion and control

You can delete History inside the app. You can withdraw AI consent in Settings, which blocks future AI requests until consent is accepted again. Deleting the app may delete local app data; iCloud-synced data is controlled by your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Accuracy and sensitive information

AI output can be wrong. Do not rely on LP Native for legal, medical, financial, immigration, employment, or other professional advice. Avoid sending information you do not want processed by third-party AI services.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The updated date at the top tells you when the policy changed.
